BUSINESS-OMBUDSMAN COUNCIL STARTED INVESTIGATION
On the complaint of Nadezhda Voronitskaya-Gaidak, lawyer of the Femida Legal Association, filed in the interests of Gas Resources Ltd., the Business Ombudsman’s Council opened the proceedings regarding the inactivity of officials of the Central Department of the Public Executive Service of the city of Vinnytsia, the Main Territorial Department of Justice in Vinnytsia region and the Vinnytsia Police Department Vinnytsia region.
The basis for filing this complaint was the systematic neglect of his direct duties of a number of officials of the State Executive Service and the National Police.
