Donetsk regional administrative court adopted the Resolution in case No. 2а/0570/15870/2012 at a suit of LLC “Slavenergoprom” to the Eastern Custom of the State Customs Service of Ukraine on recognition illegal and cancellation of the decision to determine the product code, an obligation to carry out customs clearance of goods which partly satisfied and canceled the decision of the Customs Payments Department of the Eastern Custom to determine the product code from November 12, 2012, No. КТ-700000002-1060-2012.
